PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Faisal Javed was offloaded from a Saudi Arabia-bound flight regardless of having permission from the Peshawar Excessive Courtroom (PHC) to journey for Umrah, ARY Information reported.
The PHC had earlier directed the related authorities to quickly take away Javed’s title from the Provisional Nationwide Identification Checklist (PNIL) and Exit Management Checklist (ECL).
Javed was scheduled to depart for Umrah at 3 pm, however was stopped on the airport. Regardless of displaying the courtroom order, airport authorities refused to let him board the flight. Javed alleged that the federal government did not take away his title from the listing regardless of the courtroom’s order.
Javed’s lawyer, Advocate Alam Khan Adenzai, had argued in courtroom that his consumer’s title was included within the PNIL with out justification, stopping him from touring for Umrah.

The case was filed on August 20, 2022, on the Aabpara Police Station, accusing the previous Prime Minister and his get together members of violating Part 144 imposed by the authorities.
Judicial Justice of the Peace Yasir Mehmood introduced the choice after reviewing the acquittal plea and acquitted Saifullah Niazi, Sadaqat Abbasi, and Ali Nawaz.
